A.S.I.A., the story of a pop phenomenon

A.S.I.A., the story of a pop phenomenon

Before becoming one of the most beloved pop groups in Romania, A.S.I.A. was the dream of a few teenagers united by the same passion for music. In 1999, four teenage girls formed the group whose initials would soon become a name known to an entire generation. With hits such as “Inima mea”, A.S.I.A. conquered the charts, toured both in Romania and abroad, and became one of the pop symbols of the early 2000s.

The performance at the Ion Dacian National Operetta and Musical Theatre is not just a concert, but a true journey through the history of the group: from the early days in the studio on Mihai Eminescu Street to the major successes that shaped Romanian pop culture. In a special stage formula, Anca Neacșu, Sorana Mohamad, Iana Novac and Anemona Niculescu, together with the theatre’s orchestra, choir, and ballet, bring the story of A.S.I.A. back to life in a show that reunites the music, memories, and energy of an era. 🎶
