Meri Ferariu

In 1992, she joined the “Ion Dacian” National Operetta and Musical Theatre as a lyrical artist (alto), performing in productions such as:
A Night in Venice, Silvia, Lysistrata, Ball at the Savoy, La Belle Hélène, Hello Dolly, Rosemarie, The White Horse Inn, Countess Maritza, The Flower of Hawaii, Marco Polo’s Secret, Die Fledermaus, Victoria and Her Hussar, The Gondoliers, My Fair Lady, Viennese Blood, Suzana, The Land of Smiles, The Merry Widow, The Gypsy Baron, The Fountain of Blanduzia, The Importance of Being Earnest, Let Me Sing, Rebecca, The Bourgeois Gentleman, The Phantom of the Opera, Romeo and Juliet, The Bird Seller.

Within the theatre, she has also been cast in small solo roles in productions such as:
Suzana, The Gondoliers, My Fair Lady, Countess Maritza, The Bird Seller, Lysistrata, The Flower of Hawaii.

She has participated in numerous festivals and tours both in Romania and abroad, including:
the Sibiu Festival, performances in Timișoara, Alba Iulia, the “Life is Beautiful” Festival in Bucharest, the George Enescu Festival, as well as tours in Germany, Israel, Italy, and Hungary.
