Analia Selis and Ștefan Doniga embark on a new musical adventure dedicated to the Romanian interwar tango.
Between November 28 and December 14, 2025, the Analia Selis Cultural Association presents the national tour TangOdiseea Interbelic, a musical project celebrating Romania’s National Day through a sonic journey between Argentina and Romania, blending the elegance of tango with the charm of Romanian interwar music.
The protagonists of the tour are Analia Selis (voice) and Ștefan Doniga (piano), two refined artists who bring to the stage a repertoire that unites the passion of Argentine tango with the delicacy and nobility of Romanian music from the interwar period.
Among the titles that will resonate on stage are pieces such as “Pe bolta când apare luna”, “Sub balcon ți-am cântat o serenadă”, “Vrei să ne-ntâlnim sâmbătă seara”, “Mâna birjar”, and “Habar n-ai tu” — musical gems that revive the stories of an elegant and passionate era.

About the Artists
Analia Selis
Originally from Tucumán, Argentina, Analia Selis is an internationally acclaimed artist who has been living in Romania since 2003. After a successful career in Latin American pop music, she has devoted recent years to tango, becoming one of the most representative voices of the genre in Europe. She has collaborated with major symphony orchestras in Romania and abroad, and in 2022 she received the distinction of “Country Brand Ambassador” from the Argentine Interministerial Committee for her cultural contribution worldwide.
Ștefan Doniga
A pianist with an impressive career on stages in more than 30 countries, Ștefan Doniga is a constant presence in innovative artistic projects. He has produced world‑premiere recordings and has actively promoted Romanian music internationally. He holds a GUINNESS World Record for the fastest concert tour across all continents, is a laureate of the MUSICRIT Excellence Award 2023, and has been involved in numerous cultural projects broadcast by Romanian Television.
TangOdiseea Interbelic is a project that embodies Analia Selis’s love and respect for Romania — an invitation to rediscover the beauty of Romanian tango and to celebrate national identity through art.
